Dr. Peter Casella is a Board Certified Obstetrician / Gynecologist, practicing in Central Florida for over 30 years.  He has received continuous recognition for his excellence in patient care by his peers, administration, nursing staff and patients.  He is dedicated to offering  you a personalized healthcare plan with compassionate care, while providing an unrushed office visit.  Dr. Casella's expertise encompasses all areas of gynecological health for women, of all ages.

Dr. Casella delivered over 15,000 babies in his career, and established the Center for Advanced Gynecology & Aesthetics in Kissimmee, Florida.  He is honored to provide ongoing state of the art Gynecological care to his patients.  Dr. Casella considers it a privilege to serve three generations of women each year, many of them are the babies he delivered!  Our office team is ready to listen and serve you, as our valued patient.

Dr. Casella brings a wealth of knowledge to Vida Clinical Research as he has been working in the field of clinical trials since 2016. He has been an Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator on over 10 Phase II -IV Clinical Trials in various indications.
